RETRoACTIVE features a varied and interesting repertoire of rock, pop, and soul from the past five decades, along with some country, jazz, reggae and the popular hits of today. The four talented musician/singers who comprise RETRoACTIVE work well together and augment one another to create a rich sound, exciting performances and thick vocal harmonies. Guitarist/vocalist Buford Robey and bassist/flautist/vocalist Shirley Robey have performed as The Robeys since 1986, one of the premiere duos appearing in Nevada and the West. Keyboardist/singer Tom DeFalco has been a familiar face on the Reno/Lake Tahoe music scene since the early 1980's, leading his own band and performing with some of the area's favorite groups. Rounding out the quartet is drummer/vocalist David Herzer. A nexus of fine talent and good friends, RETRoACTIVE is a superb blend of music and personality that will delight anyone lucky enough to catch one of their performances.
